Smart Multifunctional Inverter
Victron Multiplus MultiPlus C 12/1600/70-16 inverter/chargers are very useful in installations that have generator sets as additional support to the installation. This device is composed of a 1600W 12V pure wave inverter, a 70-16Ah battery charger and a high-speed AC transfer switch. Everything in one case
PowerAssist function, unique in Victron.
The MultiPlus can prevent overloads on a limited AC source: firstly, it will automatically reduce the battery charge when an overload occurs; Secondly, it will draw current from the battery to compensate for the output of the generator or connected power.
UPS function
In the event of a blackout , or power disconnection, the inverter is automatically activated and assumes the supply to power the connected loads. This happens so quickly (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment continue to function without interruption.
Parallel and three-phase connection, multiply the power.
Up to 6 Multis can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Its operation is also possible in three-phase or split-phase mode for the most demanding industrial applications.
