The Clients will be the natural or legal persons who act as consumers.
Customers who make purchases at https://bateriascanarias.es will have to register and will be accepting these purchase conditions, so it is important that the customer read these conditions before making a purchase.
It will be an essential requirement for clients, in the case of natural persons, that they are over 18 years of age.
AREA OF APPLICATION
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all RAMÓN BRUCART items through the website https://bateriascanarias.es to CUSTOMERS who purchase them within Spanish territory.
These conditions are complemented by the “Privacy policy” of this same portal.
RAMÓN BRUCART reserves the right to cancel a client's access account if it detects fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts in the use of the service.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
Choose the product you want from our web store, indicate the desired quantity of product and add it to the cart using the "add to cart" button. You can continue adding products to the cart.
Then go to the shopping cart where the chosen product will be. If you need to modify the requested quantity of the same product, you can mark the desired number by clicking on "QTY". You can also add a comment about your order under the "ORDER SUMMARY".
Once you have chosen the desired quantities of the products, on the left side of the screen you must add the information necessary to process the order (name, surname, email address and telephone number). You can indicate the shipping method and payment method below.
When you have finished choosing the products and have them all in your cart, you can complete the purchase using the “BUY NOW” button.

DELIVERY TIMES AND PRICES
Orders leave from our stores in Tenerife, so orders placed will be delivered within a usual period of 24-48 hours in the Canary Islands. Except those that say delivery in 5-10 days.
The indicated deadlines may not occur in some cases due to weekends, holidays or any other cause or incident related to logistics. In these cases, the customer will be provided with tracking of their order, as well as contact information for the courier to be informed at all times of the situation and measures that are being taken to solve it as quickly as possible. If you have requested collection at one of our stores in Tenerife, we will have it prepared for delivery on the agreed day and time.
The customer will have a period of 72 hours from receipt of the merchandise to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything required is included in the included products. An order will be considered delivered at the time the CUSTOMER or authorized person receives it from the courier. After 24 hours the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damage or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.
Fortunately, almost all orders reach our customers in perfect condition. Even so, we take this opportunity to remind you how to proceed in case your order suffers some type of accident or damage during transportation.
Transport by courier EUROTOUR EXPRES / BARITO / CORREOS / MRW
At the time of delivery, check to see if your order has visible damage, rejecting the order if it appears to show signs of breakage, liquid is leaking from its interior or any other anomaly.
If you detect any damage when unpacking the product, you must inform us within 24 business hours of receipt. This is the period in which couriers accept claims. Exceeding this period, no type of claim for breakage, damage or similar will be accepted.
Palletized transport
To receive your pallet, it is very important to check it before confirming delivery, since this type of transport does not accept claims after receipt unless noted on the delivery note and within 24 hours at most.
If your pallet or large order has any visible damage, write on the delivery note the text "PENDING REVIEW" or reject the shipment, informing us of what happened so we can proceed immediately.
For the rest of the cases and above all to avoid surprises of possible damages not visible to the naked eye that are detected during depalletizing, we recommend noting on the delivery note “PENDING REVIEW”, starting the claim period of 48 hours for shipments. with said annotation. In no case will claims of this type be accepted beyond 48 hours, nor will any type of claims be accepted WITHOUT these annotations on the delivery note.
The incident notification procedure for both types of transport is the usual ones: telephone, WhatsApp or email, as soon as possible and within the deadlines mentioned above for each case. Don't forget to show us photographs showing the damage.
The prices of the products will appear reflected in the virtual store with IGIC included.

You also have the option of collection at any of our stores in Tenerife at no additional cost to the customer.
WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
According to the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), Clients will have the right to withdraw from the contract without the need to justify such decision and without penalty of any kind, within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise. To do this, the conditions set out in the withdrawal form must be met and sent to the following email address: emailclientes@bateriascanarias.es putting RETURN in the subject followed by the order reference.
The withdrawal has no cost for the customer, RAMON BRUCART will refund the corresponding amount of the order, except for the shipping costs corresponding to the initial delivery and return of the merchandise and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal form. The refund will be in the same way that the initial payment was received. However, RAMÓN BRUCART may stop the refund until it receives the merchandise and verifies that the product meets the indicated requirements.
The client will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the merchandise as a result of handling it other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation or unsealing.

The transportation costs incurred for the return of the product are assumed by the customer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Once the withdrawal form has been received, the BATERIASCANARIAS team will contact you within a maximum period of 72 hours to give instructions on how to make the return.
Once we receive the merchandise and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount, which will be made with the same payment method with which it was paid and within a maximum period of 14 business days.
In the event of product manipulation, the degree of deterioration of the product will be evaluated, which will be the responsibility of the buyer as it cannot be considered a new product.
Not all products have the same warranty period. These are determined by the manufacturers themselves according to the applications and recipients of the products and indicated in the “PRODUCT DETAILS” section.
