Structures for solar panels made of ABS are recommended to avoid overheating of the solar panel, the source of many problems.

As the panel is suspended from the roof a few centimeters thanks to the support, overheating of the solar panel is avoided as it is not in direct contact with the roof of the motorhome, thus having an air flow that allows the solar module to be cooled.
