How to maintain OPZS solar batteries in a solar installation.
Review every 3 months
1. We will check the stationary elements, cleaning them of dust and removing dirt. It is important that the connections must always be clean so that the electricity flows correctly.
2. Carry out a full charge of the batteries and perform overloads for at least 2 hours to react materials that have remained unreacted, with this gesture we will improve the operation of the batteries.
3. Check the water level of each 2V battery. After loading them as much as possible, add distilled water to the indicated level. Never exceed the maximum and minimum marks indicated by the manufacturer. ONLY USE DISTILLED or DEIONIZED WATER.
4. To fill the water always use a plastic funnel
With this maintenance you will save money as it will extend the life of the batteries.
