This range of batteries has the great advantage of offering high performance and maintenance-free, they are ideal for photovoltaic energy installations that are isolated or in remote areas, they will operate autonomously without the need for any type of maintenance.
TAB opzv stationary batteries are gelled lead-acid (GEL), VRLA valve regulated and manufactured according to DIN 40742, EN 61427 and IEC 60896-1 and its regulations. They are the ideal power source for many standby applications.
TAB OPzV combines the benefits of recombination technology, practically maintenance-free due to its very low gas emissions, in addition to the advantages of conventional open batteries with tubular positive plates, long useful life and excellent cyclability.

Constructed with tubular positive plates and special grids, cast in antimony-free alloy, with highly porous bags that retain the active matter.
Pasted negative plates: Perfect consistency with the positive plates.
Separation: extremely high porosity and low internal resistance.
Electrolyte: Gel structure.
Monoblocs and covers: made of plastic material (ABS). Also available in ABS flame retardant material as an option (according to IEC 707 FV0).
Terminals: female terminal (M10) treated. Perfect contact and low resistance with flexible connection cables.
Sealed terminals: Prevents acid leaks and corrosion on the terminals.
Connectors: Flexible connection cables, fully insulated and screwed (with 20 ± 1 Nm) to the terminal with an insulated screw that has a hole at the top for electrical measurement.
Exhaust valve: Opens at low pressure and is equipped with anti-deflagration material to avoid fire flames.
